Privacy Policy

• Account: email, password (stored hashed), optional display name, email verification status and sign-in times.
• Season Pass: status, trial and access dates, frozen price, amounts paid, renewal setting, and references to your Stripe customer and saved payment method.
• Weekly play purchases, when available: the specific play and NFL week, purchase status, $5 price, processor payment references, payment environment, payment time and accepted agreement. These records are separate from Season Pass.
• Consent records: the Terms, Privacy and billing versions you accepted, when, and your age confirmation, plus a copy of the Season Pass terms you agreed to.
• Research: My Slip selections, tracked slips and their results.
• Security and fraud prevention: hashed (non-reversible) IP address and browser signals and a card fingerprint token provided by Stripe, used to stop repeated free trials and abuse.
• Support: the email, category and message you send us.

OddsSpire never receives or stores your full card number or security code; Stripe handles card entry.

To sign you in, provide the Service, process payments and renewals, prevent fraud and free-trial abuse, answer support requests, keep the Service secure, and meet legal obligations.

• Your sign-in session is kept in your browser’s local storage.
• A random workspace code for My Slip is kept in local storage, so your research works on that browser.
• Your selected sportsbook is kept in local storage.
• A layout preference cookie remembers whether the sidebar is open.
• A secure, http-only cookie is used only for the private owner research area.

We do not use advertising cookies or marketing trackers.

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, sign-in, and account emails (verification and password reset).
• Stripe — payments, saved payment methods and billing records.

Our sports data sources (The Odds API and nflverse) do not receive your personal data.

We do not sell your personal data, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use marketing analytics trackers.

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Billing records, consent records and fraud-prevention identifiers may be kept as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes. Support requests are kept as long as needed to resolve and document them. When you delete your account we delete or de-identify your data, except records we are allowed or required to keep. Stripe keeps its own records under its policies and legal duties.

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls and hashed identifiers, but no system is perfectly secure.

You can delete your account from Account. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to appeal a decision about a request. Submit requests through Support and we will respond as applicable law requires.

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The version and effective date appear at the top, and we will tell you about material changes where required.
