Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You confirm both when you create an account. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share your login or Season Pass with others. Tell us through Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

OddsSpire is an NFL sports research and analytics service. It shows schedules, player history, sportsbook lines collected from third-party sources, and research tools.

OddsSpire is research, not a sportsbook. It does not accept, place, execute or settle wagers; does not hold stakes or gambling funds; does not run contests or award prizes; and does not pay gambling winnings. “My Slip” only saves selections for your own tracking.

Everything in the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial, investment or gambling advice. Play of the Weekend is owner-reviewed research, not a guaranteed outcome or a recommendation to wager.

Historical performance does not guarantee future results. We do not guarantee any outcome, win or profit. Lines, injuries, rosters and statistics can be delayed, unavailable, changed or wrong. Always confirm details with your sportsbook before acting.

You alone decide whether and how to wager anywhere. You are responsible for following the laws and age requirements where you are located. See Responsible Play for help resources.

The Service uses data from third parties, including nflverse (schedules, stats, depth charts) and The Odds API (sportsbook lines). OddsSpire is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, any sportsbook or these providers. Their names and data remain their property.

The Season Pass covers one NFL season. The full-season price is $60. For new purchases the price steps down as the NFL season progresses, according to the schedule shown on our pricing page; the current price is calculated by our servers at checkout.

The price shown when you start a trial or buy is frozen for you. Later price changes for new customers do not change your frozen price, up or down.

Play of the Weekend is not included with Season Pass or its free trial. Each weekly play costs $5 as a separate one-time purchase for that specific play. No subscription or automatic weekly charge applies. A new week requires a new purchase, and access covers only that week’s published play.

This purchase is research access only, not a wager, prize or guarantee. The play’s week, the $5 total and the access terms are shown before payment and require your affirmative consent. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed.

Purchases and trials currently require a payment method with a United States billing address. Payments with a non-U.S. or missing billing country are declined before any charge is completed, and any temporary authorization is released. This is a billing-address requirement only; it does not verify where you live or are located. The website itself may be viewed from anywhere.

Eligible new customers get one 5-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and $0 is charged that day.

When the 5 days end, the frozen season price is charged automatically to your saved payment method unless you cancelled the trial first. That frozen price is shown before you start and saved in your Account.

Free trials are limited to one per person, account, payment customer and payment card. To prevent abuse we check account history, a card fingerprint provided by Stripe, and hashed (non-reversible) network and browser signals. If you are not eligible for a trial you can still buy the Season Pass directly.

Your Season Pass renews automatically for $60 for the next NFL season, charged about 7 days before the next NFL preseason begins, unless you turn off auto-renew first. Each season’s access ends after Super Bowl day; for the 2026 season, access runs through February 14, 2027, 11:59:59 PM ET. We show the renewal date in Account once the next season’s schedule is known, and we intend to send renewal reminders before the charge.

Cancel a trial: go to Account and select Cancel Trial. Cancelling ends trial access immediately and prevents the trial-end charge.

Turn off auto-renew: go to Account and select Turn off auto-renew. It takes one step online, needs no call, survey or support request, and keeps the access you already paid for until the season ends.

Turning off auto-renew does not end access you already paid for. We honor refunds required by law. For a billing problem, duplicate charge or refund request, email support@oddsspire.com or use the Support page and we will review it. Nothing in these Terms waives rights you have under applicable law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. OddsSpire does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

Do not scrape, bulk-extract, copy, resell or redistribute the Service or provider data; share credentials; bypass the paywall, rate limits or security; interfere with the Service; or use it for anything unlawful or abusive.

Your My Slip selections and private research belong to you. You let us store and process them only so we can provide the Service.

The OddsSpire name, interface, software, models and original content belong to NextPlay Network LLC. Third-party data and trademarks belong to their owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

We may suspend or end access for abuse, fraud, security risks, or legal or data-provider requirements. Any paid rights will be handled as the law requires. You may delete your account anytime from Account.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. Features and data sources may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and OddsSpire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including any wagering losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes where required and may ask you to accept a new version before you start a new trial, purchase or renewal. The version and effective date appear at the top.
